LM234Z-3/NOPB

LM234Z-3/NOPB is a Texas Instruments three-terminal adjustable current source supplied in a 3-pin TO-92 through-hole package. The device operates as a true floating current source without separate power-supply connections. Its operating current is established using one external resistor, with the LM134/LM234/LM334 family supporting programmable currents from 1 µA to 10 mA. The LM234-3 accuracy grade is specifically characterized for temperature sensing.
