MAX1480BEPI

MAX1480BEPI is a complete isolated RS-485/RS-422 data interface integrating the transceiver, optocouplers and isolation transformer in a single 28-pin DIP package. The device supports half-duplex communication at data rates up to 250 kbps and operates from a single 5 V logic-side supply. It is suitable for industrial control networks, building automation, automated test equipment and other applications requiring electrically isolated serial communication. MAX1480BEPI is a legacy ordering part number.
