Murata SCH1633-D01 is a high-performance automotive 6-DoF MEMS inertial sensor from the SCH1600 series. It integrates a 3-axis gyroscope with a ±300°/s measurement range and a 3-axis accelerometer with a ±8 g measurement range, with digital SafeSPI 2.0 communication. The device is designed for automotive applications including ADAS, automated driving, inertial navigation, vehicle stability control and multi-sensor fusion. SCH1633-D01 is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and ISO 26262 compliant with an ASIL-B+ device rating.
