STMicroelectronics STM32F405RGT6 is a high-performance STM32F4 series 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M4 core with FPU and DSP instructions. It operates at up to 168 MHz and integrates 1 MB of Flash memory and up to 192 KB of SRAM. The device provides extensive communication and peripheral support including USB OTG, CAN, SPI, I²C, USART/UART, ADC, DAC and timers, making it suitable for industrial control, embedded systems, motor control, instrumentation and communication applications.
