BOM-Cost provides B2B component sourcing support, RFQ handling, and related technical and logistics coordination. Website information is for business reference and does not create a binding sales contract by itself.

2. RFQ and Quotations

• RFQ submissions must contain accurate and lawful information.
• Quotations are subject to validation, stock checks, and final confirmation.
• Price, lead time, and availability may change before order acceptance.

3. Orders and Compliance

Orders are accepted only after written confirmation by BOM-Cost. Buyers are responsible for complying with import, export, sanctions, end-use, and applicable local regulations in their destination country.

4. Product Data and Substitutes

Product pages, technical notes, and substitute suggestions are provided to support sourcing decisions. Final engineering fit, qualification, and compliance checks remain the buyer's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or commercial reuse is prohibited.

6. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOM-Cost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed availability, or third-party logistics events.
